.: TodoAno Hotels
A project for a hotel in the city of Lisbon (1st phase). The use and adaptation of buildings with recognised market and architectural worth, situated in historic areas of Lisbon, for small and/or medium sized luxury hotels. The project also envisions a small network of hotels that would create synergies and allow for economies of scale.

.: Venture Capital Fund
Launching of a venture capital fund, in partnership with Banco Efisa, preferentially for tourism/leisure industry and related services, as well as new technologies and renewable energies. Initial capital of 50 million euros.
